I grew up in a family who adored food. My grandmother was the Queen of baking. Thanksgiving at their house was truly epic. Baked goods stacked for miles in the back kitchen filled with squares, cookies and pies. A child's dream. Those big family dinners inspired my love for food and wine and it encouraged my career in restaurants for years.
After working with several first class culinary kitchens, I have learned a lot over the years. Those chefs inspired me to learn about ingredients, techniques and to experience the uniqueness of culture in cuisine. I LOVE to cook, so when time allows me, I jump into new recipes and look for fresh ideas to further extend my knowledge and love for all things kitchen.
